HOW TO ORDER
Please follow these simple steps:

4. Log in to your account (sign up if you haven't created any account yet)
5. Review your purchase through invoice
6. Proceed to checkout
7. Make your payment (please state your order number)
8. Email to sales@nikicio.com to let us know that you have paid
* Your purchase will not be shipped unless you have made full payment.
ORDER STATUS
Pending:
Your order(s) has been recorded in the system, but it has not been paid.
If the status remained "pending" for up to 36 (thirty-six) hours, your order will be automatically deleted.
Processing:
NIKICIO have received your payment and will send your order within 2 (two) working days.
If the status hasn't changed to "delivered" after 2 (two) working days and you haven't heard from any of our sales representatives, shipping cost will be refunded.
Delivered:
NIKICIO have sent your order to the mailing address stated on the invoice and will send you the tracking number.
Delivery can delay up to 14 (fourteen) working days if the address is incomplete.
Please make sure your mailing address is complete.
NIKICIO is not responsible for wrong mailing address entered into the system.
Packing slip will be provided to ensure correct products and shipment to each customers.
PRODUCTS
Customer will be informed as to the availability of each product he/she wishes to select when making the order.
For any inquiries regarding unavailability of a single product, the customer may contact our customer service.
The photographs illustrating the products presented are reproduced as accurately as possible, but with no contractual value. Customers are advised to view the descriptions of each product to satisfy him/herself as to its basic characteristics.
PRICES
For Indonesian Customers:
All prices are stated in IDR including 10% tax.
The 10% government tax is applicable to all territories.
The prices charged are those displayed on the website at the time of ordering.
For International Customers:
All prices are stated in USD including 10% tax.

PAYMENT
For Indonesian customers:
Only payment using bank transfer is accepted.
Payment must be made within 3 days after making an order. If the payment is not made within 3 days, the orders will be counted as void. Other methods of payment such as cheque and cash on delivery are not accepted.
Making an order implies acceptance by customers, thereby entailing formation of the contract and the customers final acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale, as well as acceptance of general conditions of sale as a whole.
For International customers:
Only payment using PAYPAL are accepted.
Other methods of payment such as bank transfer, money transfer, and cash on delivery are not accepted.

DELIVERY
NIKICIO delivers only to selected countries with the exception of post office box address (P.O Box)

The articles ordered by customers will be delivered to the address stated in the PAYPAL account.
Delivery will not be made in the event of force majeure (frustration), transport and/or postal strike.
The products are deliverable subject to availability.
Deliveries for Indonesia will be sent by ordinary or express TIKI delivery (depending on the postage and packing cost subjected to each products ordered). For the rest of the world, orders are dispatched by express delivery (EMS) and the cost of carriage depends on the total weight of the items ordered.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The customer will have 3 (three) days from the date of receipt within which to return the articles he/she has ordered, at his/her own expense and without stating reasons.
To be returnable, the products must be neither worn, dirtied, nor washed.
